Returns

Need to make a return? No problem!

Item shipped back within 4 days from receipt of package, will receive a refund to original form of payment. If item is returned between 5-7 days, customer will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
Regrettably, after 7 days from receipt of your package, we can no longer provide a refund, exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, item must be in original condition with store tags attached. 
All items have been inspected for quality before being sent out and will be inspected upon return as well. 

Exceptions: 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Shells, tights and white blouses are final sale.

 

 


To complete your return: 

In order to ensure your refund is provided in a timely manner, please email us at fallonswebsite@gmail.com or call us at 718 -FALLONS (325-5667) with the name of the item/items being returned and your return tracking number.

Please note: Please ensure to use a trackable shipping method, otherwise we cannot guarantee receipt of your return package. Additionally, you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance.

Not sure how to create a return shipping label? We can help!

Email us at fallonswebsite@gmail.com or call us at 718-FALLONS (325-5667) and we will happily provide you with a label. The price of this return shipping label will be deducted from your refund (approximately $10.00).
In this email, please include your name on order, order number and the item/items you will be returning. 
We will respond between 11-6, mon-thurs, within 6 hours of receipt of email. Please keep this in mind when ensuring to remain in our return policy time frame.

 

Exchanges:

At this point, we do not yet offer exchanges through our site. If you’d like an item in a different size, you can simply place a new order for the item you’d like and return the size that did not work for you.

The Fine Print:

Items sent back past the 7 day time frame will not receive a refund or credit. 
Same rule applies for items that
do not meet return inspection criteria.


Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email letting you know your total refund amount. Refund will automatically be applied to form of payment or as store credit (if between 5-7 days).

Please note: Credit card refunds can take up to two weeks to show on your statement.


Credit:

Credit can be used in store and online.
